Return & Exchange Policy

You may also contact us for further help regarding sizes. If the product received by you doesn't fit you right or if you have received a damaged product, we would exchange you the product for another fresh piece. Please note we do not offer any returns. We offer size exchanges only. For size exchanges, you need to place the size exchange request within 48 hours of delivery to maintain our hygiene policy. You can raise an exchange request on the website as well as over WhatsApp whichever option you are okay with.

CREDIT NOTE is issued for all kinds of order cancellations.

In case of unfulfilled order, we would cancel the order and issue the credit note to the customer. 

The customer will be notified about cancellation and will receive the credit note via Email/ Sms- This coupon/credit balance for any order cancelled by us can be used for a future purchase within 12 months on tanglescape.com. All refunds are issued via credit notes which is redeemable on our website.

A pending order may get cancelled only if it is delayed past the delivery time. Cancellations issued via credit notes and can be used for a future purchase within the period of 12 months on www.tanglescape.com.

You can avail exchange only once per order. So, please refer to the size guide provided with the product by us or. You can reach out to us on Whatsapp as well in case of any query/confusion. We would be happy to help.

Please note that the exchanged items must be packed securely and safely to prevent any kinds of losses or damages during transit. Customers have to self-ship the product to us. For all these self-shipped exchanges, please use a reliable courier service. Shipping cost or any other kinds of charges pertaining to exchange would not be borne by Tanglespace. Please ensure that the exchange address given to you by us is securely pasted on the parcel. Hygiene products like Swimwear, Lingerie and Cotton Masks aren’t eligible for exchanges due to standard hygiene protocols. 

 

Once your exchange is received by us, the quality will be checked and we will reach out to you. This is subject to your exchange having met the requirements of being unused and unwashed, returned within 48 hours.

 

The product/products that you wish to get exchange  must be unused, unaltered and unwashed so as to maintain the hygiene policy. It must be returned with original packaging and tags in place. Packages received without an original invoice will not be accepted. Any indication of usage gives us the right to refuse the product for exchange as per our exchange policy.
